Tool-making department

The staff of our tool-making department is a team of professionals specializing in launching manufacture on the following tools: injection moulds for plastics and ZnAl, blanking dies and stamping dies. Our offer will help you to start the manufacture of a new product: “from concept to finished detail”

A sketch, a drawing or a hand-made model can be transferred to 3D space in one of the CAD systems with full visualization. We work with AUTOCAD 2002, MECHANICAL DESKTOP v. 6.0, SOLID WORKS and SOLID EDGE.

A model detail can be milled in easily workable modelling foam or made using stereolithography. For CNC milling machines, the technology is prepared using the SURFCAM 2001 or PERSONAL MACHINIST system.

For short product runs, we make silicone moulds or FORTAL (aluminium alloy) moulds, which allow injection of the target material.

After the final version of the detail has been approved, documentation of the 3D tool is developed using one of the CAD systems, and 2D documentation is generated.

The MODFLOW-PART ADVISER injection simulation system allows the selection of injection points, their distribution and a full analysis of the processes occurring during plastic flow. The results of the analyses and the construction corrections based on them facilitate the launch of the manufacturing tool.

The finished tool is tested during test runs in the production department, where it is also possible to launch target production under continuous supervision of the tool contractor.

The moulded piece, impression or other detail undergoes full measurements and receives a full report on dimensional compatibility.
